We had lots of fun on World Book Day. We dressed up in our
pyjamas and brought our favourite book to school. We drew the cover of our
favourite book in our copy and we showed our book to the person sitting beside
us.
Our magic of music lesson was
inspired by the story of ‘Goldilocks and the Three Bears’. We did a rap about
the story and listened to different music notes high (like baby bear), middle
(like Mammy Bear) and low (like Baby Bear). It was so much fun.
We went upstairs to the reading room with the cushions and we brought blankets and torches from home. We turned off the lights and had fun reading our books in the dark with our torches. Then teacher read us some stories and we had fun relaxing.
The big girls from 5th class came down after lunch to read stories for us.
We did some beautiful writing in our copies.
It was a great day!!!!!!
